2017 Philadelphia Flower Show is Ready to Bloom

Nothing makes a statement quite as grand as 30,000 colorful tulips, daffodils, hyacinths and other blooms. And while touring the beautiful green hills of Holland might be out of the question for most, this year’s Philadelphia Flower show brings the spirit of Holland to the United States.

Ten acres of exhibition halls at the Philadelphia Flower Show will transport event goers through this year’s theme “Holland.” Attendees can explore the culture and innovation that has defined Holland’s landscape as they travel through beautiful displays filled with fragrant blooms and creative designs.

Heads at Philadelphia Flower Show

A gorgeous floral canopy of 6,000 flowers will welcome more than a quarter of a million expected attendees into the Flower Show throughout the week. Traditional landscape elements such as bridges and windmills will be highlighted throughout the displays and special events as well.

New for 2017, the Philadelphia Flower Show will include a World Market with a Dutch Shopping Village and a new Garden Spa where guests can relax and recharge.

The 2016 Philadelphia Flower Show, “Explore America,” is celebrating 100 years of the National Park Service.

  • Begin in the Big Timber Lodge. Walk into the quintessential National Park building – filled with a 12’ waterfall, a life-size buffalo sculpture and a variety of woodland plants.
  • Ride the Railway Garden. You’ll wish you could hop on this locomotive! The Train Garden shrinks the American landscape and fills it with large-scale model trains.
  • Fly Away in the Butterfly Room. More than 1,000 butterflies flutter around a magical room – landing on native plants and you! Great for kids!
  • Find Your Friends at Fido Friday. The return of Yappy Hour! It’s Fido Friday on March 11th. Bring your dog, talk Safe Paws and meet fellow dog-owners who love gardening.

The 2015 Philadelphia Flower Show debuted this past Friday and runs through Sunday, March 8.

At the world’s largest indoor flower show, you’re instantly transported to a red-carpet movie premiere bejeweled with countless flowers. See recreated scenes from your favorite Disney and Pixar movies, such as Frozen, Cars and Cinderella, made from the brightest, biggest blooms.

Espoma Makes a Big Entrance at the 2015 Philadelphia Flower Show

We are proud to continue our efforts to support gardening education and culture by continuing to sponsor the PHS Philadelphia Flower Show for the third consecutive year.

Bringing a quarter-million visitors to Philadelphia each year, the show is the oldest and largest indoor flower show in the country. It features incredible large-scale floral displays, elaborate gardens and over-the-top floral creations.

Now, in its 187th year, the 2015 Flower Show will roll out the red carpet and “Celebrate the Movies.” Attendees will experience the magic of Disney Pixar as they walk through floral displays highlighting their favorite films, special events and more in celebration of the silver screen.

Also lighting up the silver screen, our container garden exhibit will inspire stunning designs using organic products. Marvel at how you can grow colorful flowers and nutritious, fresh vegetables in small spaces and containers.

We are excited to once again work with PHS as a Contributing Sponsor of the Philadelphia Flower Show. This truly magical event celebrates the joy and wonder that gardening can bring to everyone regardless of their skill level — novice to Master Gardener.
