Striking Leaves for Effortless Indoor Style

Foliage and tropical houseplants are grown for their beautiful leaves, textures, and vibrant greenery. These plants thrive indoors and bring a fresh, calming, and stylish feel to any space.

Most prefer bright, indirect light and well-draining potting mix. Allow the top inch of soil to dry between waterings, and avoid overwatering. Moderate humidity and occasional feeding during the growing season help maintain vibrant growth.

How to Plant Foliage Houseplants:

  1. Select a container that is larger than your plant’s current pot and has a drainage hole at the bottom with a tray beneath it to catch excess water.
  2. Fill the container 1/3 full with a high-quality organic Potting Mix.
  3. Carefully remove the plant from its current container and gently loosen the root ball. Center the plant in the new container and fill with additional potting mix.
  4. Allow at least 1 inch between the rim of the pot and the top of the soil. Gently pat down the mix and add more if required.
  5. Make sure the plant is about the same depth in the soil as it was in its original container.
  6. Water plant thoroughly with a slow gentle spray and allow to drain.
