Sales
Espoma manufactures and distributes a complete line of organic gardening products to the US retail lawn and garden market. Our sales team works out of their homes, traveling to customers as needed in their respective geographic market.
Espoma is looking to hire a small team of high performers to help it open a new, state-of-the-art processing facility with the ability to dry and granulate up to 260 million pounds of fertilizer per year, which will divert these nutrients away from the Chesapeake Bay watershed. This new operation is expected to be completed before the end of this year, and it will ensure a continuous supply of ingredients, provide ample capacity for future growth, help control costs, and improve the physical quality of Espoma products.
