This month, the Espoma team gathered at the Jersey shore for our annual retreat — a chance to reconnect, reflect on the year so far, and celebrate the dedicated people behind the brand.
As John Harrison prepares for retirement, we took time during our annual retreat to celebrate his extraordinary 41 years of service and countless contributions to Espoma. Renaming the Above and Beyond Award in his honor is a fitting tribute to the impact he has had on our company and the people around him. We were also proud to celebrate the award’s first recipients, Bonnie Satterthwaite (Southeast Territory Sales Manager) and Dawn Hand (Office Manager), whose dedication and commitment embody the spirit of this recognition.
While not featured above, we’d like to give a special shout-out to Lynn Lathberry and Jim Meckley for celebrating five years with Espoma.
